This is a very healthy vegetable to eat and so easy to cook.



  1. Add bacon fat to skillet and let melt.
  2. Chop stems and add to skillet and saute a minute or two
  3. Add chopped chard leaves
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Toss with tongs until all is wilted
  6. Now it is time to serve.
  7. Enjoy
