This is a very easy and healthy dish



  1. Slice squash.
  2. put salt, pepper, and squash is a plastic bag.
  3. Add flour and close bag and shake.
  4. Add oil or butter to skillet and place squash in skillet
  5. Cook until brown on both sides.
  6. Put  chives in skillet with squash before removing for 30 seconds.
  7. Now it is time to plate and add more salt and pepper if needed by taste.
